The winners of the Bocuse d’Or 2013 have been announced at the end of the culinary competition last wednesday: Chef Thibaut Ruggeri and Team France takes the gold (picture). The silver went to Team Denmark which was headed by chef Jeppe Foldager. Team Japan, led by chef Noriyuki Hamada, took bronze. A special Prize for the Fish Course goes to the Team Norway!
